On June 4, 2022, Warrior Reunion Foundation was proud to sponsor the 231st MP Bn, 214th, 217th, 1165th, and 1166th MP Companies reunion at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile, Alabama.

This reunion was an opportunity for veterans of the 231st MP Battalion from both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom and their families to reconnect and to meet veterans from different eras. The veterans heard from some of their senior leadership, enjoyed a lunch and caught up with each other in the Medal of Honor Aircraft Pavilion before heading out to the USS Alabama. After taking some time to tour the USS Alabama the veterans were given the opportunity to experience a "call to battle stations and air attack" which included simulated bombing runs from vintage aircraft and return fire from the crew of the USS Alabama and the submarine USS Drum.
